The anti-tamper RFID tag integrates an aluminum etched antenna and an anti-tamper coating. If the label is torn off the product surface (including glass, paper, plastic and other non-metallic environments), its antenna bridge design can destroy the usability of the label. In this way, once the label is removed from the product surface, the label no longer functions. Users can use this feature to ensure the authenticity of assets.
Tamper-proof RFID tags are compatible with any NFC inlay
The International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC) estimates that counterfeit goods account for nearly 5% to 7% of world trade. In a research report released this year, P&S Market Research estimated that the global anti-counterfeiting packaging market was valued at US$114.4 billion in 2017 and is expected to reach US$208.4 billion in 2023. Meihe's new tamper-proof RFID tag can meet the needs of anti-counterfeiting and brand protection in the retail, transportation and pharmaceutical industries. The tag can be used on wine bottles, medicines and any products that require tamper-proof and seal detection. Labels can be customized with patterns, sizes and chips, and different security levels have been provided. In addition, each label can also be bound to variable data, including bar codes, numbers or the end user's name.
The security tag can be used with most antenna sizes. The size of the first version of the label is 38 mm × 18 mm, using NXP NTAG or iCODE SLIX chip. The director of product management of Meihe stated in a prepared statement: "By adding this tamper-proof design, our label product line continues to expand and can provide more innovative RFID solutions for various applications. In addition to anti-counterfeiting holographic labels In addition to traditional visual security features, we also use RFID technology to provide safer and more advanced inlay solutions."
The Meihe team focuses on designing and manufacturing HF and UHF transponders, which can be used in embedded applications for everyday objects, such as medical equipment, books, toys, sportswear, perishable food and medicine. The shape of the transponder includes dry inlays, wet inlays, labels and tickets. I Meihe's RFID, NFC and inlay products can provide smart identity and security for IoT applications.
Our tamper proof tag also can be made with the fragile type, which can greatly improve the tag security level.
