3. The ID card, like the magnet proximity key Fob, only uses the "card number". In addition to the card number, there is no confidentiality function in the card, and the "card number" is public and exposed. Therefore, the ID card is an "inductive magnet proximity key Fob", and there is no question of whether it needs to be initialized or not.
