Functional Operation
Button"+": Increase the countdown time. Single click to increase by 1 minute. Long press to increase by 30 minutes. The maximum time can be up to 24 hours. Click the button "M" to confirm.
Button"-": Reduce the countdown time, click to reduce by 1 minute, long press to reduce by 30 minutes, the minimum is 1 minute, click the button "M" to confirm.
Button"M" : Click to confirm the countdown time.
Press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the bracelet reading mode (yellow light on)
and then read the set countdown time.
Button"R": Reset the time set on the wristband and stop working
