Through the implementation of the basket tobacco transport mode, a comprehensive solution to the traditional sisal packing mode, low mechanized operations, low utilization of storage capacity, safety hazards, high packaging costs, poor storage capacity and appearance, difficult to inventory, low efficiency of the transfer of this bottleneck, tobacco storage and transportation to achieve intelligent, convenient, fast, efficient and safe management goals, the main features are as follows：

First, high efficiency, to achieve easy management. It is understood that in the past, the warehouse clerk workload is large, during the acquisition every night to supervise the quality of packing, registration into the number of packs, the number of out of the warehouse, and sometimes also because of the warehouse storage capacity constraints, stacking yards and other reasons, resulting in poor accuracy, rising overflow and other problems. After the implementation of the basket tobacco transportation, the tobacco leaves into the warehouse to the end of the basket can be completed in more than half an hour; through the RFID electronic tags, read and write basket tobacco information, fully compatible with the Haisheng system, the realization of handheld terminals directly for tobacco leaf in and out of the warehouse management, the realization of digital warehousing, can fully guarantee real-time accurate inventory of tobacco leaf inventory, timely grasp of the rise and overflow changes.

At the same time, the loading and unloading link mechanization efficiency is improved, convenient and fast, completely solving the problem of safety hazards caused by physical constraints in the past in the packing and bale loading process.
